Role : Power BI Admin. Experience : 7+ years. Notice Period : Immediate Joiner preferred or 30 days. Work Mode : Pune/Remote. Job Description : Lead Function and Processes:- Lead the administration function of Power BI within the organization.- Define and enforce best practices for Power BI usage and administration.Setting Up Environments in Power BI :- Design and set up Power BI environments to support development, testing, and production.- Implement security and access controls for various Power BI environments based on organizational policies. Admin Process Automation : - Automate administrative tasks related to Power BI such as data refresh scheduling, user access management, and report deployment. Process Creation and Documentation :- Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI processes, including installation, configuration, and usage guidelines.- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on Power BI administration and usage.Project Maintenance and Expand Scope :- Manage ongoing projects related to Power BI administration, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.- Continuously improve existing Power BI solutions and expand their scope to meet evolving business requirements. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.- 7+ years of experience in Power BI administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.- Proficient in designing and implementing Power BI environments (development, test, production).- Strong understanding of data modelling, DAX queries, and data visualization best practices.- Experience in automating Power BI administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.- Certifications in Power BI or related technologies (preferred).
