Description:

Job Description : Responsibilities :- Analyze and understand the current ServiceNow user interface (UI) and database structure.- Design and develop a detailed plan for building a new system, including data migration strategies from ServiceNow.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for the new system.- Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.- Leverage scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript to automate workflows and customize functionalities.- Utilize web technologies like HTML, CSS, XML, REST, and SOAP for integration purposes.- Design and manage databases within the ServiceNow ecosystem.- Apply ITIL best practices to ensure efficient service management processes.Qualifications :- Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience working with ServiceNow and its core modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript, with a working knowledge of web technologies.- Experience with database design and management, particularly within ServiceNow.- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.- Leadership and project management capabilities (a plus) (ref:hirist.tech)
