The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and functional knowledge, along with strong analytical and communication skills. As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting ERP solutions to meet the unique requirements of our clients.Key Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering and Analysis :- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical and functional for ERP system customization and configuration. Solution Design and Customization :- Design and configure ERP system modules to align with client requirements.- Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces to enhance system functionality.- Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, configuration, and customizations. Technical Implementation and Integration :- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, including installation, setup, and data migration.- Integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications, such as CRM, HRIS, and BI tools.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure system stability. User Training and Support :- Conduct user training sessions to educate clients on system functionality and best practices.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Project Management :- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and deployment.- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively. Continuous Improvement :- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and technologies.- Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement to drive business value for clients.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant in ERP domain.- Proven track record of successful maintenance or end to end implementation of a number of solutions for medium/ large customers, preferably across a number of business verticals (e.g. healthcare, finance, insurance etc.).- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP system modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.- Certification in relevant ERP technologies is a plus.About Company :Hi there!
