Job Description :Wenabling software development teams in Capital Markets to build high-performance user-facing systems up to 10x faster.The Full stack application development platform provides professional developers with tools that amplify their expertise in Java and Web programming, allowing them to focus on building differentiating business functionality.Work from OfficeLocation : Bangalore (HSR Layout)Interview Rounds : 3 - including online assessment Link. Please do not apply if already done in the past 6 Months- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar- Thorough understanding of data structures and algorithms and their associated trade-offs- Ability to implement such algorithms and data structures to production standard, when presented with their textbook/academic description (i. e. we couldn't care less if you don't know the details by heart but we do need you to be able to figure the important details to make production worthy implementations)- Ability to reason about space/time complexity of various parts of a complex system- Ability to device fail-fast experiments to verify viability of solutions- Professional experience building software systems with in-depth knowledge of implementation details of one or more of the following :1. Multi-threaded parallelism2. Blocking/non-blocking I/O, Concurrency, Backpressure, Async Callbacks, Flow control etc.3. Highly available systems4. Optimizing based on JIT output- Performance tuning/optimization and benchmarking in the context of distributed systems- GC load reduction strategies in Java, JVM tuning, Off-heap memory, JNI, system calls, etc.Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's (ref:hirist.tech)
