Job Description :Role : Integration ArchitectOverview :Leading the Platforms team, you should strategize the platform and performance roadmap You should be responsible for architecting the middleware platform, which will be the hub for Integration of applications / streaming of data for an enterprise. We are backed by one the largest Indian conglomerates and led by tech visionary who are committed to lead the Indian AI revolution.Responsibilities :- Lead the Platform and performance team, responsible for architecting the Middleware solution- Setting up the architecture, technology team, craft the platform / technology stack for Product and solutions.- Evaluate solutions like Kafka, Solace, MuleSoft etc and identify the right solution which can help build a robust integration framework with an ability to manage message queues, parse / format messages based on the type of message- Craft the cloud strategy for Products, focusing on building niche solutions which can be cloud agnostic, taking advantage of the platform / solutions they have on offer.- Identify tools / technology, which can help build foundational components for messaging which includes authentication, logging, caching etc- Lead the team to carry out Proof of concepts to finalize the open source stack available for the messaging platform, which can help build Parsers / formatters to adopt for different messaging types- Work with the Product teams to strategize the build and release strategy, harmonize the- DevSecOps strategy, setting up the tools / process required for code governance, Code repository and release- Lead a team of engineers and accelerate their growth by providing thoughtful feedback, technical mentorship, and effectively manage performance.- Focus on the Non-Functional requirements, focusing on tools required to carry out Performance, Scalability, Endurance testing for the Middleware / ProductsWhat We Value :- Technology leader, experienced in leading the Platform / Performance teams, setting the strategy for the product development.- An Integration architect with hands on experience in setting up the architecture / Middleware solutions, setting up event hubs for processing data streams and processing- Prior experience in building applications using micro services architecture and have a strong focus on Non-functional requirements, setting up Middleware platform scalable to take up high performance loads- Hands on experience in evaluating technologies, carrying out proof of concepts and incubating the Integration requirements for customers- Build an engineering team and lead them to realize their potential and effectively deliver impact.- Have a constant tab on the technology updates in the industry and have a roadmap on upgrade strategy for the products and solutions.What WE Require :- 12 to 15 years' experience, with hands on experience in Platform / Performance for large enterprise applications.- 3+ years' experience as an Integration architect, experience in building event hubs, Message brokers exploring open source / enterprise products available- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.What we offer : - Competitive market salary.- Opportunity to be a part of a groundbreaking company in AI and IT services.- Dynamic and creative work environment.- Professional growth and leadership opportunities.
