Job Description : Notice period : Immediate joiner RequiredLocation: NoidaBudget: 18 LPANotice Period: 15 daysWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java/Groovy Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Java and Groovy, with a specific focus on Grails.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain Java and Groovy applications, with a focus on Grails framework.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality software solutions.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application code to ensure performance and reliability.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance development processes.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.Qualifications and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Java/Groovy Developer with at least 7 years of hands-on development experience.- Solid understanding of Java and Groovy programming languages.- Experience with the Grails framework is essential.- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
