About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead C++ Developer to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale, high-performance C++ applications utilizing modern architectures like microservices and NoSQL databases. You will not only contribute exceptional technical skills but also provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex C++ applications using modern C++ standards and best practices- Champion the adoption of microservices architecture principles within the team- Develop and maintain RESTful web APIs for efficient communication between services- Integrate with NoSQL databases to ensure scalable and performant data storage- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in C++, microservices architectures, and NoSQL technologies- Contribute to the overall technical vision and direction of the teamQualifications :- Proven experience in designing and building large-scale, high-performance C++ applications- In-depth knowledge of RESTful web API design principles and development practices- Solid understanding of microservices architecture concepts and implementation strategies- Experience with popular NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor junior developers- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively- A passion for C++ programming and a desire to stay current with new technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
