Description:

Required Skills and Qualifications :- 7-10 years of experience in software testing- At least 3 years of proven experience ln leading and mentoring team members.- 6 years of experience in UI and API automation with Selenium, Rest Assured, TestNG- 4 years of experience working with CI/CD build pipeline with a focus on test automation- Exposure and experience to Design patterns like Singleton, page object, factory- Experience with development and maintenance of test automation framework- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java.- Experience in mobile application testing with Appium- Exposure to performance tool JMeter and monitoring SLA and Contract of API's- Ability to drive testing initiatives and foster collaboration within the team.Key Responsibilities :- Lead testing efforts for projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.- Develop and maintain automation frameworks to support efficient and effective testing processes.- Maintain integration testing, API testing, and performance testing suites for assigned project/module- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing insights on testing best practices and methodologies to enhance testing processes.- Assist team in estimating task effort and dependencies, responsible for team commitments within the Sprint.- Monitor test execution progress and provide metrics and periodically publish reports to stakeholders- Analyse test results and identify areas for improvement in product quality and testing efficiency.- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and priorities.What will you get :- Opportunity to build financial services and products for the next billion- Good pay.
