Job Description :Responsibilities :Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in defining the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clientsManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesEnsure resource availability and allocationMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersTrack project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goalsPerform risk management to minimize project risksExposure to onshore & offshore servicesUse and continually develop leadership skillsPerform other related duties as assignedExperience in Agile delivery methodologyRequirements :Proven working experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsAbility to handle multiple projectsAbility to work well as part of a global team, demonstrating personal accountability and integrityManage Scrum Boards & Sprint Backlog itemsExposure to JIRA / ConfluenceStrong understanding of formal project management methodologiesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certification is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
