Actively hiring for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.Experience : 5+ YearsNotice Period : 1 MonthPlease find the below JD for your reference.JOB DESCRIPTION : What We Expect from You : - Take charge of business process design, configuration development, and solution implementation to meet client needs.- Apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, streamline business processes, and deliver effective solutions.- Design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.Desired Candidate Profile : - 5+ years of robust experience in HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation.- An Ideal candidate should be able to do configurations and understand the impact a configuration has on various workflows.- Exp in other modules would be added advantage.- Solid functional knowledge.- Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.- Open to learning and implementing new modules/technologies.
