Job Title : Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM) Business/Solution Architect Location : Pune, India Exp : 8+ YearsJob Type:- Full-TimeDepartment:- Personal Banking and Wealth Management About the Role :As a PBWM Business/Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have a knack for balancing a practical, pragmatic approach to system architecture with a creative and innovative problem-solving ethos.Key Responsibilities :1. Architecture Design and Development : - Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and standards for various PBWM products and platforms. - Ensure that architectural solutions meet both technical and business needs, integrating the latest technologies where appropriate. - Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures that support long-term business goals.2. Project Leadership and Guidance : - Provide leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns, and IT practices. - Act as a mentor to junior architects and lead cross-functional project teams during the design and delivery phases.3. Stakeholder Management : - Collaborate with business leaders to understand corporate strategy and align technology architecture to facilitate this strategy. - Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies to business and IT leaders.4. Innovation and Research : - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. - Evaluate and recommend technologies that best meet the organization's strategic needs.5. Risk Management : - Identify system-level risks and recommend and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices and regulatory standards.6. Implementation Oversight : - Oversee the implementation of architectural frameworks at all levels of project engagement from strategy through to deployment. - Guide and review work of development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an IT architectural role with a strong background in software design and development.- Proven experience in leading enterprise architecture initiatives and projects within a banking or financial services environment.- Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and business process modeling.- Strong technical skills across various technologies and architectures,including cloud services, enterprise applications, and network infrastructures.- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
