Description:
Profile : Pega Robotics ArchitectLocation : Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore. Experience : 10 years.Notice Period : 0-15 days.Responsibilities :- Solution Design : Design end-to-end RPA solutions leveraging Pega Robotics platform to automate business processes.- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for automation opportunities.- Development : Lead the development of RPA solutions including process automation, integration with existing systems, and data manipulation.- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA development teams.- Quality Assurance : Ensure high quality and reliability of RPA solutions through testing and validation.- Deployment : Oversee the deployment and implementation of RPA solutions in production environments.- Performance Optimization : Identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization of RPA processes.- Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of RPA solutions.- Training : Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders on RPA technologies and best practices.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of X years of experience in software development, with at least X years of hands-on experience in Pega Robotics.- In-depth knowledge of Pega Robotics platform including Studio, Runtime, and Deployment.- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and methodologies.- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or .NET.- Experience with integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Pega RPA certification(s) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
