Description:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced PeopleSoft Developer/Team Lead to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting our PeopleSoft applications.Responsibilities : For Developers : - Design, develop, test, and deploy complex PeopleSoft configurations and customizations.- Utilize PeopleTools (PeopleCode, PIA, SQR) to extend PeopleSoft functionality.- Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft related issues.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.For Team Leads (additional responsibilities) : - Lead, mentor, and coach a team of PeopleSoft developers.- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Qualifications : - 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and configuration.- In-depth knowledge of PeopleTools (PeopleCode, PIA, SQR).- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, or other relevant modules (depending on specific team focus).- Experience with SQL and database concepts.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills (for Team Leads).Bonus Points : - Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and interfaces.- Experience with Agile methodologies.- Experience in cloud deployments of PeopleSoft.- Certifications in PeopleSoft (PeopleSoft Certified Professional or equivalent).
