Job Description :We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure the optimal performance and scalability of our CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing methodologies, protocols, and tools, with a strong focus on Web (HTTP/HTML) and Web/Rest Services protocols. They will be responsible for designing comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate nonfunctional requirements and ensure the smooth operation of Dynamics 365 CRM applications.Key Responsibilities :1) Performance Testing Expertise :Utilize expertise in performance testing methodologies and tools to assess the performance, scalability, and reliability of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios using protocols such as Web (HTTP/HTML) and Web/Rest Services.Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.2) Nonfunctional Requirements Validation :Work closely with stakeholders to understand nonfunctional requirements and translate them into test objectives and strategies.Design comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with nonfunctional requirements to ensure the performance and scalability of Dynamics 365 CRM applications.3) Test Planning and Execution :Plan, prioritize, and execute performance testing activities according to project timelines and milestones.Collaborate with project managers and development teams to schedule and coordinate testing efforts effectively.Monitor test execution, analyze results, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders regarding application performance and potential improvements.4) Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting :Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks in Dynamics 365 CRM applications through performance testing and monitoring.Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, including code optimization and infrastructure enhancements.Provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve application performance and scalability.5) Stakeholder Communication and Reporting :Conduct regular meetings with project managers and development teams to communicate test progress, findings, and recommendations.Ensure that deliverables are sent across the business as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project timelines.Prepare and present comprehensive test reports, highlighting performance metrics, issues, and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
