Your responsibilities will include mentoring and developing the engineering team to achieve both organizational objectives and individual career aspirations. We're seeking someone with a strong background in full-stack development and proven experience in team management.Responsibilities :As a Lead Software Engineer, your job responsibilities typically encompass a combination of technical leadership, project management, and software development tasks. Here's an overview :1. Technical Leadership :- Lead daily Scrum calls, providing guidance and technical leadership to the team- Set coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for the team.- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.- Guide the team in architectural decisions and technology choices.2.
