Responsibilities :1. Sales Force Strategy :Develop and implement a comprehensive sales force strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective sales force solutions.2. Architecture Design :Design and architect scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.Evaluate existing Salesforce implementations and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.Produce well designed, testable, efficient code with high quality and design, implement solutions for large scale of transactional data.Evaluate existing code and develop plans to reduce technical debt over time and establishing technical roadmap with system architects.3. Integration and Customization :Lead the integration of Salesforce with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, leveraging declarative and programmatic solutions.4. Salesforce Governance :Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and maintenance.Provide guidance on security and access controls to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.Salesforce certifications, including Certified Technical Architect (CTA), are highly desirable.Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.Well versed with optimized coding and best practices. Strong with Integration, APIs, web services and should be able to understand other system APIs from documentationStrong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
