Description:

Summary :We are seeking a highly motivated SAP S/4HANA Controls Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls framework. You will leverage your expertise in SAP systems and internal control methodologies to support our compliance initiatives and risk management strategies.Responsibilities :- Support the development and implementation of internal controls for SAP S/4HANA modules (ABAP, MM, SD, etc.)- Perform control testing and validation procedures to assess the effectiveness of controls- Assist with the automation of internal controls using SAP tools and scripting languages- Participate in SOX 404 compliance activities, including control design, risk assessment, and testing- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and mitigate control weaknesses- Document control procedures and maintain control documentation- Stay informed of the latest regulatory requirements (ITGC, SOX 404, ISAE 3402/SSAE 18) and industry best practices for internal controls (COSO framework)- Provide support for internal audit activities and control certification processesQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- 3-5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA controls or related internal control roles- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and configuration- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO, SOX 404, ITGC, ISAE 3402/SSAE 18)- Experience with control testing methodologies and documentation- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits :- Competitive compensation and benefits package- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and regulations (ref:hirist.tech)
