Overview :- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SF Compensation Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules to meet our clients' HR and talent management needs.- This role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including configuration, integration, and hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects.Responsibilities :SAP SuccessFactors Implementation : - Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.- Configure system settings, business rules, and workflows to meet client requirements related to compensation planning and management.Module Configuration : - Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module to support various compensation programs, including salary planning, bonus allocation, incentive awards, and equity grants.- Define compensation structures, guidelines, and eligibility criteria based on client requirements.Integration : - Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module with other HR systems, such as SAP HCM (Human Capital Management), payroll systems, and finance systems, to ensure seamless data flow and process integration across the HR landscape.Customization : - Customize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation functionality as needed to accommodate unique compensation policies, processes, and requirements.- Develop and implement enhancements using SAP SuccessFactors tools and technologies.Data Migration : - Assist in data migration activities related to compensation data, including salary structures, compensation plans, and employee compensation history.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during data conversion and migration processes.User Training and Support : - Provide end-user training and support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.- Conduct training sessions, create training materials, and provide ongoing support to HR users and managers for compensation planning and administration.System Testing : - Plan and execute system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate the functionality and performance of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.Issue Resolution : - Investigate and resolve issues reported by end users related to SAP SuccessFactors Compensation functionality, data discrepancies, system errors, and performance issues.- Escalate complex issues to SAP support as needed.Best Practices : - Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.- Recommend and implement best practices for compensation planning, administration, and governance.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, with a focus on Compensation module.- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module configuration, integration, and customization.- Strong understanding of compensation planning and management processes, including salary planning, bonus allocation, incentive awards, and equity grants.- Experience with SAP implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and data migration.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Compensation module is preferred.
