Job Description :Responsibilities : - Be seen as a SAP TMS expert and able to advise on standard SAP solution design and configuration for specific SAP modules and the impact of the changes on solutions and/or business process - Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads process design recommendations, defining end to end processes and issue resolutions- Identify and implement business process improvements.- Collaborate with the global customer solutions and GIS team to evaluate support requests.- Gather and analyze requirements to determine best solution and implements best practices.- Provide routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system to support regulatory audits, efficiency improvements, and additional functionality.- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives- Escalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process "choice points" to Global Process Owner and GIS Leads- Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences- Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes particularly under tight timelines- Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices- All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional tasks and responsibilities.Requirements :- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience- 6 -8 years of SAP TMS experience preferred- Experience functional lead with demonstrated capability to work cross teams- Around 8 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP supply chain management systems and processes- Experience in implementation of SAP TMS with various deployment options preferably EWM on S/4 HANA.- Strong exposure of SAP TMS, SCT Software Carrier Integration, TMS Integration with SAP EWM, SAP GTS, SAP EHS modules- Experience in creation of Transportation Management specific Master Data i.e. Routes, Transportation network, Mode, Freight Agreement, Rate Table, Trade Compliance Check etc. - Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP TMS. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP TMS with SAP EWM, ECC, GTS on S/4 HANA - Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)- Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation- Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration with IT leadership experience with SAP TMS projectsEducation :- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred- Field of Study in Computer Science or Information Systems- Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments- Consulting background a plus- SAP TMS certifications a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
