We are hiring for our client PyjamaHR.Overview : The role of a Senior .Net Developer is crucial to the success of our organization. As a Senior .Net Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of .NET applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as maintain and enhance existing systems.Key Responsibilities :- Design, code, test, and debug software according to provided requirements and standards.- Develop technical designs for application development. Lead and mentor junior .Net developers.- Collaborate with business analysts and quality assurance analysts to ensure the successful implementation of new features.- Participate in software modeling and simulation.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development process.- Provide technical support for developed applications.- Participate in estimation and planning sessions.- Contribute to continuous improvement of software development best practices in the organization.- Work closely with the architecture team to ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT directives.- Contribute to the technical documentation of the implemented solutions.- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues.- Collaborate with teams to understand the business objectives and data requirements. Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Senior .Net Developer or similar role.- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.- Experience with ASP.NET and MVC.- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.- Experience with Agile methodologies.- Solid understanding of software development best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead junior developers.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.- Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement. Skills : .net framework, mvc, git,agile methodologies object-oriented programming, asp.net, software development best practices, code versioning tools,c#,sql server.Experience - 5 - 10 years (ref:hirist.tech)
