Program manager with 12 years plus exp, Strong in executive presentations and program updates, Experienced in Change management, Knowledge of BFSI is a value add, Worked on strategic projects, Strong in business stakehodler management, Giving visibility to senior leadership level through governance reports. Requirement : Role : Senior Program Manager.Key Accountabilities :- Program manager with 12 years plus experience.- Ensure that executive presentations and program updates are prepared as per the requirements.- Provide inputs to the executive team to help in decision making.- Work with Business Change management team to plan the smooth handover of new business processes and workflows to BAU.- Work on Strategic programs and projects and manage Sr.executive team's and business stakeholder's expectation.- Give visibility to senior leadership level through governance reports.- Work with change managers to ensure the required communication and training materials are built and change is delivered as per the plan.- Ensure the programme approach/methodology that is defined is consistently applied.- Ensuring that project/program plans and Risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies are managed effectively for each business unit.- Ensure project costs/budget are well defined and tracked, to make sure that work is completed within budget.- Ensure Daily/weekly/monthly updates are reported.- Ensure that schedules for all projects are established and maintained and that targets are met.- Ensure that appropriate project assurance steps are conducted throughout the project life cycle.- Ensure transition plans for projects to operations are prepared, agreed to and appropriately implemented.- Report project/schedule variances from plan in a timely manner. Delivery Experience :- 12+ years of overall work experience. (essential).- Experience of working with Sr Executive team (CEOs, CTOs, CXO etc.) and global capability centers- (essential).- Should have strong executive presentation skills to provide program updates- (essential).- Strong and excellent communication skills- (essential).- MI & BI information preparation and reporting skills (essential).- Experience in Business Change Management- (essential).- Proven delivery experience in project delivery, building and sustaining high-performing teams (essential).- Experience of successful delivery E2E programs and projects (essential).- Experience of working in an onsite/offshore and shared services setup with requirement directly or indirectly coming from various groups (essential).- Domain : BFSI (essential).- Should be able to extend consultation, high level solution and the precise implementation methodology for each of those requirements (desirable).- One of Certified PMP/PRINCE2 (desirable).- Please screen the candidates before sharing the profile to us the candidates must have really strong communication skills as they would be working with Sr.- Executive team and also screen for all the essential aspects of the JD mentioned above.Exp - 12 to 15 years.
