Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Java development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with Java technologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.- Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and non-production environments.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in Java development.- Contribute to architectural and design discussions to improve system scalability, performance, and reliability.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide estimates, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g. Spring Framework, Hibernate, etc.).- Experience with web application development using frameworks like Spring Boot, Java EE, or similar.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures.- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL.- Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP) and API development.- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
