About the job :Job Description :- Responsible for supporting Sales & Business Growth activities through the creation of complex, holistic solution architectures in the area of Testing - Responsible for testing capability and competency building.- Directly engage with customers to understand their business needs and develop solution strategies and technology roadmaps.- Collaboration with industry teams, domain consulting teams, and tool vendors in developing end-to-end solutions that suit the current and futuristic needs of our clients.- Build & clearly articulate the business value proposition (horizontal or industry-led).- Create, respond to and deliver on clients' requests (e.g.RFPs, RFQs, etc.) with Solution Architects and solutions teams (and take end-to-end ownership of solution response) - Support the acquisition of new clients, showcase pre-sales skills and support the expansion of new or existing accounts.- Play a crucial role across all stages of the pursuit lifecycle.- Infuse NextGen QA thinking (creating Points of View and re-usable solution constructs) into our client engagements and for new business - Contribute to building the Technology Ecosystem through the qualification of emerging technologies - Publish whitepapers, and articles in preferred journals and present in industry-leading conferences/forums - Undertake technology and architectural consulting engagements with strategic customers - Build relationships with Customers' business & technology SMEs and leadership - Support Testing-related recruitment evaluations.- Build Sales Collaterals - Reference Architecture, Methodology, Case Studies, 1 Pager, Battle Card, Summary & Detailed (L1, L2 Decks) - Work on Partnerships & Alliances with OEMs and products.Skills & Experience :- 15+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years of experience working with senior-level clients in a software testing services, consulting & solutions role.- Experience across multiple industry sectors is preferable.- Must have a good understanding of all types of testing (Functional, Non-Functional (Performance, Usability, and compatibility)) with expertise in Test Automation in both script-based and script-less Testing, AI-based Testing tools - Must have good understanding of one of the Architecture & Platforms like APIs/Microservices, N Tier(MVC), Cloud Native, and low-code.- Must have good understanding of Engagement Applications like Web/Mobile Portals, Internal/3rd Party Integrations, Analytics Platforms - Must have good understanding of at least one testing framework like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, TestNG, etc.- CI/CD : Integrate Testing In CI/CD pipelines - Good understanding of the testing market, the competitive landscape and client demand in the country and regional market - Excellent Testing Service Solution development experience; in addition to traditional enterprise software testing solutions.- Knowledge of industry trends, customer challenges, and potential opportunities in various technology areas.- Demonstrate thought leadership in advanced/NextGen testing and the software quality space- Ability to design conceptual solutions.- Ability to consult and interface with VP/CXO decision-makers across marketing, sales and technology organizations within client organizations - Strong oral and written communication skills, along with executive presentation and persuasion skills - Strategic thinker, who has a vision for the future of testing and can 'think outside the box' - A meticulous worker who gets things done and has a 'whatever it takes' attitude.
