Job Description :- We are seeking a talented React JS Developer to join our team.- As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows.- You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.- You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.- Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.Responsibilities :- Developing new user-facing features using React.js- Building reusable components and frontend libraries for future use- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers- Meeting both technical and consumer needs with a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems- Implementing modern and responsive UI designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Troubleshooting and debugging issues across multiple browsers and devices- Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders- Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code- Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality and standards are met- Continuously seeking to improve processes and technologies used within the teamSkills And Qualifications:- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)- Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6+)- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus- Familiarity with RESTful APIs- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token- Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools- Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git- Experience with performance optimization techniques- Excellent problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefits:- Work Schedule: 5.- 5 days a week (Monday-Friday full day, Saturday half day)- Leave Policy: 12 annual leaves- Career Advancement: Monthly advancement opportunities- Support: Management support and assistance provided- Work Culture: Positive and supportive work culture with skilled staff- Learning and Development: Technical skill sessions, fun activities, and celebrationsDesired Skills and Experience:- React.js, JavaScript, Css, HTML, redux, REST APIs (ref:hirist.tech)
