Description:
Responsibilities :- Lead and manage cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying risks and issues.- Coordinate with Agile teams to ensure alignment of priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and practices, leveraging industry best practices and tools.- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations.- Utilize ITSM tools and practices to streamline service delivery and support operations.- Implement Release Management processes and tooling to enable efficient and reliable software releases.- Oversee Configuration Management processes to ensure consistency and integrity of software assets.- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in data modeling and AI concepts.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 8 to 12 years of experience in technical program management or related roles.- Strong understanding of Agile concepts and processes, with experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.- Experience with Release Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and IT Service Management tools and practices.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Configuration Management processes and tooling.- Knowledge of data modeling and AI concepts is a plus.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Certifications such as ITIL or Agile certifications are preferred.
