About the job :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Engineer/Designer to lead our UX design efforts and drive the evolution of our web applications, preferably with experience in startup environments and/or experience in healthcare or fintech industries. We are seeking quick learners and candidates who are energetic to try new things.Responsibilities :- Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences that align with business goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.- Implement best practices in usability testing, user interface design, information architecture, and interaction design.- Drive the adoption of design systems and standards to maintain consistency and scalability across products.- Leverage customer research and stakeholder input to develop a comprehensive understanding of our user's needs and challenges, applying these insights to design innovative and efficient experiences.Preferred Candidate Profile :- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX designer or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX projects.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proficiency in Figma.- Expertise in other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar software.- Have a passion for the power of simple and straightforward design and an anything-is-possible mindset.- Understanding of web-based architectures and front-end design, languages, and frameworks.- Ability to communicate effectively with the development team on design to architecture/development discussions.- In-depth knowledge of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving design excellence.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Ability to think systemically, simplifying complex problems or ideas into scalable, user-friendly solutions.- Healthcare or fintech industry experience is preferred.- Startup experience is a significant advantage.
