The products we build at Swym are primarily driven by this need. As a UX designer at Swym, you play a pivotal role in enabling our merchants to realize their goals through thoughtfully designed products that are effortless, delightful and above all value focused.Key Responsibilities :You will think value-focused and dream of future states of products that best deliver that value. You will use the power of design & prototyping to render ideas into detailed experience flows.You will enable cross-functional teams with experience designs that help them see the problem, opportunity and the solution direction more clearly.You don't design for requirements handed to you in a fully baked fashion instead your designs are going to inform the team spec out the requirements. In a way as a designer at Swym, you are not a consumer of product requirements but rather a co-creator.Starting with abstract, high-level directional inputs are the standard expectation. You will design to build clarity for yourself and for the team. Learn from feedback & iterate with inputs from the team early & often to get from idea to execution-ready experiences.You will work collaboratively, work for and work with your team. It is always about Design + Product + Tech.You will ask questions, and champion your thoughts with the sole purpose of advancing the clarity & confidence of the broader team.While your designs set the direction and shape the requirements, they imbibe elegance and are delightful to experience. Aesthetic excellence is not the goal but it is table stakes for all things design at Swym.Qualifications :A Bachelor's, Master's or postgraduate degree in visual communication, product design, industrial design or information & interface design is a plus.Excellent proficiency in design tools like Figma.
