Description:
Job brief We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing. 1. Meeting with clients to discuss their design preferences and requirements. 2. Conducting site visits to measure and assess the kitchen space. 3. Creating detailed floor plans, elevations renderings of the Kitchen and wardrobe design. 4. Responsible for revising of drawing as per the requirement changes. 5. Cross checking the design with design and sharing same with marketing team. 6. Responsible for preparing base plan after final measurement. 7. Selecting and specifying materials, such as cabinets, countertops, flooring, and lighting. 8. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other trades to ensure the design is properly executed. 9. Staying up to date with industry trends and new products to offer clients innovative design solutions. 10. Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed within established parameters. 11. Preparation of production plan of kitchen. 12. Overseeing the installation of kitchen fixtures and finishes. 13. Inspecting completed projects to ensure they meet design specifications and client expectations. 14. Submission of reports daily, monthly, quarterly & annually as per SOP. 15. Weekly presentation in knowledge sharing session. 16. Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.
