Should be from Agency background only (Insurance). The BDM's would be managing distributors (who has been qualified under MDRT i.e Million dollar round table) called as EAP i.e Elite Agency Partner. BDMs will be handling high performing distributors who have been managing huge portfolios hence they are called EAP. BDMs need to be polished individuals with good communication skills. BDMs needs to have good connect in the market with MDRTs. Selected BDM will have to submit empanelment documents of atleast 1 MDRT before his joining
