General Manager – HR Location: Chennai Experience: 14-20 Years Job Description: Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, talent acquisition etc. Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and procedures. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance to the teams. Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and communicate with efficiency to create a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork. Monitor adherence to internal policies, governing legislations & statutory compliances, and legal standards. Deal with grievances and violations invoking necessary actions. Handle litigations with the assistance of the legal team; anticipate and resolve litigation risks
