Preparing and scheduling Training Calendar of the Region Preparing TNA ( Training Needs Analysis) along with the Regional Sales Authority Responsible in activisation and productivity enabler of FOS Responsible for upgradation of knowledge/skill of FOS Preparing and supporting all the sales activities of FOS of his/her region Reporting to : Regional Training Manager Location : (Guwahati - Position 1) Qualification : Graduate /Post Graduate Experience : Min 5-8 years in preferrable in Insurance Sales (Defence Channel). Training experience will be preferred .Managed ex servicemen/defence personnel ( preferable ) . Willingness to travel across states . Max age-45 and Defence channel exp mandatory
