Role and Responsibilities: ·Interpret brief from the client to understand the brand positioning, key challenges, Brand/Initiative Objectives and resources available and drive ideation and execution across all relevant properties. · Understand all the sell-able commodities of each IP including media, content, digital, on-ground and develop more such commodities. · Stay on top of the trends in a rapidly changing media market and client industries by continuous upgrading and learning. · Build and foster meaningful national and global partnerships across non-revenue partners · Develop and update an ideal lead generation and step-wise pitching process using relevant technology. · Execute agreed plan through key stakeholders in all relevant vehicles for each campaign. · Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns to the brand and partners. Tasks · Create draft mails, pitches communicating clear deliverables for each IP and campaign. · Populate the sponsors and partners database regularly · Building meaningful relationships with partners globally for IPs to ensure maximum brand participation. · Briefing & brainstorming with the creative team, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. · Collaborate closely with the creative team, graphic designers and video team throughout concept development, presentation, and execution. · Working closely with clients in daily accordance and communicating feasible campaign deliverables and timeline internally as well as externally. · Create a timeline to process and aim to achieve the monetary target of each quarter. · Post activity, communicate all delivered deliverables to the sponsors, and create an engaging report with all proofs of work · Follow-ups, Weekly follow-ups on the deals pitched to clients. · Feedback & changes, Keeping in line with the client's feedback required on a pitch. Skills Required: · This role needs a balance of very strong marketing creativity and commercial acumen. · You should be able to convey with clarity & effectiveness across verbal and written communications. This role will require doing presentations, calls and in-person meetings with clients regularly. · Nerves of steel and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. · Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Ability to multitask & work on multiple projects simultaneously Ideal candidate requirements: Experience in a digital agency with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating and closing deals. Agency or festival sales background preferred. Great communication skills .
