Role and Responsibilities: Understanding IFP’s visual identity and delivering consistent visual experiences. Proficiently coordinating with the other teams as needed to fulfil daily design and video requirements across formats and platforms. Following daily content calendar and approval channels before submitting a creative to publish. Research and find design and video solutions for current and upcoming campaigns. Study upcoming trends in design and video and integrate them with our ongoing visual evolution. Be an active participant in all design and video related conversations. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of brand visual identities Skilled to work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects. Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new things are a must. Familiarity with copywriting, filmmaking and animation preferred. Ideal candidate requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in creating engaging videos and designs for digital and print platforms. Pop culture enthusiast Pop culture enthusiast who sees art everywhere
