Role and Responsibilities: Create and maintain a unique online persona/presence of IFP, that any and every creator will relate to. Developing a vision to empower and entertain creators of all kinds through innovative content across social media across multiple and ever-evolving formats. Leading and nurturing a team of creatives, i.e. copywriters, designers, video editors to fulfill the vision. Develop and nurture relationships with digital influencers across mediums to create content round the year. Curating and creating interesting content across social media channels of IFP across multiple formats on a daily/weekly basis. Creating a balanced publishing calendar, considering IFP’s TG, mediums, and Artforms. Work with the brand solutions team in delivering content led ideas on brand pitches. Hire and supervise writers, designers, and other media team employees. Provide creative leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship in order to actively raise the profile/standard of the community through content. Gather learnings from the community, study the latest trends and help create interesting formats that can keep IFP as a leading place for the creators through innovation. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes Skills Required: Strong writing, editing and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of pop culture, both on and off digital, across art forms. Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills. Good understanding of Content Planning Systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to understand and influence target audiences. Ideal candidate requirements: 3 to 4 years of work experience as a digital content writer, editor or content lead. Demonstrable experience in producing relevant digital content to the target audience across multiple formats.
