Job Role : Scrap Field Supervisor/Executive Location : Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary : 14000-18000 Per Month; Bonus & Advances as per company policy is one of the leading Metal Scrap suppliers in India engaged in different types of Ferrous & Non-Ferrous scrap such as Mild Steel, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Aluminum, etc across various product lines. Job Overview : You will play a key role in Operational activities such as Loading-Unloading/Cutting, Sorting, Transporting with an opening in learning other management areas such as planning, execution etc. Guiding Principles : Building a superior team that delivers real value throughsimple and brilliant solutions & looks for growth opportunities and scope fordeveloping team building and leadership abilities. Company Core Values : Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration,Mutual Respect, Accountability Responsibilities & Duties • Paperwork processing for lifting of purchased material from different vendors • Coordinating with team for giving field work to different contractors like gas cutters, labour loading, hydra/jcb loaders, transporters, etc. • Properly loading of scrap material in vehicles to ensure maximum weight & good quality material. • Unloading of Material in designated yards. • Associate & work closely with Supervisors, Contractors & transporters to bring new vendors. • Correspondence with Branch & Head Office for Cross Functional TeamWork Requirements • Street Smart & Energetic Male required; Age group:- 24-40 years • Educational : Commerce Graduate • Professional : Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Steel Scrap industry • Technical : Knowledge of Iron & Steel Scrap to evaluate material quality & quantity in a given situation Preferred Skills • Team work & common goal achievement abilities • Strong communication skills & time-management abilities • Motivation to learn constantly and grow with team members • Familiarity with field related duties • Understanding of convincing & adding new fleet owners, transporters &brokers, gas cutters, loaders
