Job Responsibilities:  Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.  Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets based on client requirements.  Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members.  Monitor the progress of projects and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure that the project goals are met.  Manage project risks and issues, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.  Manage project budget and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints.  Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations (including documents like sprint plan, capacity plan, release notes etc.)  Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project progress.  Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.  Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for additional services and projects. Desired Candidate:  Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.  At least 5 years of experience in project management in a service-based IT company.  Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.  Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.  Proven track record of delivering projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards.  Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.  PMP certification is a plus.
