About the Job Opportunity: AirFi is seeking for an HR Associate to mainly offer support with recruitment, employee onboarding performance management, employee relations along with a variety of personnel related administrative activities and tasks. Your role is to act as the liaison between the HR Team and the employees across all business units of AirFi. You will facilitate a positive relationship between personnel and ensure smooth communication along with prompt resolution of all queries. As this is a remote job, we would also expect the candidate to have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace and be able to work in the timezone overlapping with the teams in the company. Your Key Responsibilities: Recruitment support: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initialinterviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitating new employee orientation, preparingnecessary paperwork, handling exit formalities for departing employees. Employee Records Maintenance: Managing and updating employee databases, maintaining personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records. Policy Implementation: Assisting in implementing HR policies, communicating changes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Performance Management: Supporting performance review processes, tracking evaluations, aiding in performance improvement plans. Employee Relations: Handling queries, grievances, conflicts, providing guidance on HR-related matters. Benefits Administration: Assisting in administering employee benefits programs like health insurance, retirement plans, etc. Training and Development: Coordinating training programs, tracking employee training needs, organising learning initiatives. HR Documentation and Reporting: Preparing HR documents, providing data for analytics and reporting. Compliance and Legal Support: Ensuring compliance with labour laws, supporting HR audits. HR Projects and Initiatives: Supporting various HR projects, employee engagement activities, and culture-building efforts. HR Systems and Technology: Using HRIS or HR technology to manage employee data and streamline HR processes. What we look for: Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in Human Resources 1 - 2 Years of experience in a similar role (HR Associate/ HR Generalist) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS-Office and Google Docs, Google Sheets etc., You Get Bonus Points For: Prior experience in hiring processes, policy creation & employee engagement Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion Experience in using one or more HRMS/ ESS platforms Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and remote environment What You Can Expect from Us: We try to provide opportunities that not only satisfy your creative instincts but also allow you to make a significant impact on the products that we create and the business we are in.
