Overview of an HR Generalist’s role at AirFi: We are looking for an HR generalist to mainly offer support with recruitment, employee onboarding performance management, employee relations along with a variety of personnel related administrative activities and tasks. Your role is to act as the liaison between the HR Team and the employees across all business units of AirFi. You will facilitate a positive relationship between personnel and ensure smooth communication along with prompt resolution of all queries. Your key responsibilities: Offer proactive recruiting assistance for vacancies across AirFi Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualied candidates Lead onboarding and orienting tasks for new employees joining the organization Contribute to timely management and audit of internal Human Resource Data maintained on various platforms and ensuring we meet all compliance requirements as an organisation Contribute to formulation, implementation and administration of employee policies across all business units of AirFi Initiate and execute employee performance management activities pan organization Provide fact & experience based advice to management on employee relations and performance management issues Carry out regular market analysis to present highly insightful data with respect to compensation & benefits, policies and best HR practices in the industry Plan & execute Employee Engagement initiatives at regular intervals Extend operational support in organising for employee onsite travels, onsite team gatherings/meetings, unit specific team events etc., Support the Global Human Resource team when required Train and provide adequate support to HR team members when required Serve as a point of contact for queries to all employees at AirFi Mandatory Pre-requisites to qualify for the role: Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in Human Resources 4 - 6 Years of experience in a similar role (HR Associate/ HR Generalist/ HRBP) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thorough knowledge & experience in hiring processes, policy creation & employee engagement Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion Experience in using one or more HRMS/ ESS platforms High level proficiency in MS-Office and Google Docs, Google Sheets etc., Bonus Points For: Expertise in technical recruitment for roles such as Front End Engineer (Angular.JS), Backend Engineer (Node.JS), Firmware Engineer (Linux) and Java Developer Keen interest & knowledge in Labour Laws and compliance as per KSEA Experience in using HR platforms such as Keka, Sodexo & Emplus What You Can Expect from Us: We try to provide opportunities that not only satisfy your creative instincts but also allow you to make a significant impact on the products that we create and the business we are in.
