Job Description: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including game developers, art directors, concept artists, video editors, 2D/3D animators, and modelers. Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and coordination among team members. Technology Integration: Utilize expertise in XR, Game engine and 3D design to guide project development. Stakeholder Management: Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and within budget. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field. Proven experience managing projects in a design studio or similar creative environment. Strong understanding of XR, Game engine and 3D design. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience in the gaming industry and immersive digital experiences is a plus. Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Have hands on Knowledge of 3D & Game design Additional Skills: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the execution of diverse projects in the fields of 3D asset creation, Metaverse development, UI/UX design, game development, immersive digital experiences, and holographic experiences. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest technologies such as XR, Game engine and 3D design.
