Duties & Responsibilities - The True Care Mechanic Agents (TMA) is a brand specific resource whose objective is to generate leads for on-site trails of mechanized tools, do on-site trials of the mechanic. range and ensure conversion of trials hence aiding incremental business to the portfolio. The TMA is expected to carry out on-site trials of all the leads passed onto them by the central call-center, sales team, initiatives, dealers and other sources. The TMA is expected to approach all the CR dealers mapped to them and generate leads for on-site trials. The TMA is expected to carry out on-site trials of all the leads passed onto them by the central call-center, sales team, initiatives, dealers and other sources. In case the trial is in a customer site, the TMA also needs to explain the benefits of mechanization to the end customer and reasons for adoption of mechanization.
