Company Profile: Our Client's company is a leading global supplier of pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, hospital equipment and medical kits. Every year, they supply high volumes of healthcare products via pharmaceutical supply programmes across the continent. They headquartered in Denmark and has subsidiaries, affiliates and regional offices in Denmark, India, China and Zambia and local representatives all over the world. Job location: Ahmedabad Job Profile: Collect, review, stamp and upload manufacturers COAs/COS or any other lot/batch related quality certificates for conformance to specifications as part of the QC release Perform quality checks on received orders including sampling and visual check of dosage form and in parallel with document review release the batches physically and administratively. Perform QC on direct shipments including custom clearance of batch samples and coordinate transit inspections in close connection with SCM functions. Report, handle and investigate product deviations internally and towards the manufacturer in close coordination with QA and Procurement and other relevant functions. Communicate with suppliers for correction; follow up on documents and for resolving the non-conformities. Participate in meetings relating to deviations / product non-conformances. Working closely with Quality team in Denmark and support in day-to-day operation for quality control tasks. Conduct and co-ordinate with external agencies for arranging pre-shipment inspection at supplier premises for goods ready for shipment. Prepare/Revise QC related SOPs. Maintenance of QMS and GDP system including relevant processes, documentation. Any other duties or assignments related to QA/QC. Desired Candidates: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc with 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Control department in any Pharmaceutical Company. Should possess good English communication skills On hand, experience with GMP related issues and medical devices or hospital equipment.
