Job Responsibilities: Ø Responsible for managing the financial health and activities of the company and part of senior leader team. Ø Implement policies and procedures to ensure the proper accounting and use of an organization’s fund. Ø To track cash flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses of the company's finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success. Ø Manage vendor relationships Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system Ø Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies Ø Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Ø Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community. Ø Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans. Ø Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
