Designation Account Executive Level Middle Level of Management Vertical Accounts and Audit Administrative & Functional Reporting Accounts Manager Job Description The Jr. Account Executive will take care of all receipts & payments, Invoice entries and Voucher entries and other accounts and audit work and prepare MIS Reports Primary Responsibilities 1. Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally 2. Bank Reconciliation 3. Verification of Bills Payable, 4. Account Ledger Scrutiny 5. Inventory Managment and stock checking Secondary Responsibilities 1.MIS Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) 2.Preparing Important Files and records 3.Preparing Financial Statements 4. Maintaining Statutory Compliances Education Qualification B.com / Master Commerce / MBA Finance Experience Minimum 3 Years as Account Executive Skills Required Functional : · Experience in accounting and bookkeeping Understaning of GST Complience Understaning of TDS Understaning of IT Rules IT Skills · Tally, Accounting Software/ERP, · MS Office (Especially in Advance Excel) Behavioural · Accurate and particular · Analytical Skills · Good communication Languages English, Hindi & Gujarati Compensation Up to 3.0 lakh per annum Location Ahmedabad
