JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Open Positions: 1 Work Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Work Timings: General Shift Responsibilities:  Understanding job requirements and hiring needs.  Design job descriptions & interviews questions for all the job openings.  Posting jobs on various job portals and social media.  Sourcing and screening both active and passive candidates in the market.  Communicating with all stakeholders for smooth execution and experience.  Having continuous engagements with the candidates to ensure a successful hire and joining.  Responsible for reference check & BGV of selected candidates.  Maintaining recruitment database of all the candidates.  Closing all the open positions as per the timelines.  Improving HR processes with quality inputs. Candidate Profile: Experience:  Min 1 year of relevant experience Qualification:  BSc IT, BSc CS, BCA, BTech, MCA, MSc IT, MTech Requirements:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be having basic knowledge of end to end recruitment.  Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.  Problem solving skills and multitasking ability.  Specialization into Human Resource Management will be plus point.
