JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ui Designer role Title: UI Designer Open Positions: 3 Work Location: Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli Work Timings: General Responsibilities: Collaborate and interact with product managers, technical leads, engineers and UX team members to identify product opportunities and create compelling interfaces using the evolving design system Define user experience strategies for established and green-field products Undertake user research and synthesize insights that inform product roadmaps Participate in product refinement and revision based on the outcome of user validation sessions and inputs & suggestions from the product team Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production quality designs that effectively communicate design directions and detailed designs Actively participate in the growth of team members through knowledge sharing sessions and by creating a culture of sharing & learning Candidate Profile: Experience: Min 2 yrs. of relevant experience in UI/UX Designing. Qualification: BSc IT, BSc CS, BCA, BTech, MTech, MCA, MSc IT Requirements: Comprehensive understanding of UX processes and best practices (Accessibility, Data driven design, etc.) Good visual design skills Passion for solving complex large-scale problems Expertise in industry standard design tools such as Adobe CS and primarily XD and/or Figma Degree in Design, HCI, UX or a related field (B.Des, M.Des.) will be a plus Understanding of web standards, capabilities, and best practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) will be a plus Key Words: UI/UX Designing, Web Designing, Adobe CS, Adobe XD, Figma, Visual Designing, Web Languages, Behance, Dribble, etc
