We are currently hiring a Manager for the Marketing Department who can join us immediately at our Hyderabad location. Mandatory Requirements: You must have scored 80% marks in your 10th and 12 th standard. Your schooling must be from an English Medium School. You must be an MBA Graduate from IIM or Top 50 Indian B-Schools ONLY You must have at least 2 years of experience in any field of marketing. Experience in the US healthcare field is preferred but not required. OR You must have completed MBA from an English-Speaking Country (US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) and have at least 3 years of work experience in these countries in any field of marketing. Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Creating marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Managing the marketing budget Coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like sales and product development Analyzing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategies.
