We’re able to compliment this service with our proprietary cybersecurity training & education library which includes 897 hours of Cyber-Warrior training designed into 15 separate learning paths, original coursework addressing Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Beginners, along with Regulatory Compliance Requirements for every Federal & European rule book.Additionally, our platform houses educational lectures given by thought leaders from over 600 global event presentations & a Master Class series of over 30 individual courses taught be well-known industry experts. We also host over 30 industrial certifications & relevant study materials. The Opportunity We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for CyberEd. In this role, you will collaborate on formulating the marketing strategies, laying out the timeline for the execution of these strategies, and deciding on the tools to be used for the implementation of such strategies. Responsibilities Brand Marketing efforts and Industry Association. Support Digital Campaigns and Global Marketing Projects. Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies for Cybered.io Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership. Create, share, and measure content marketing activities. You will be accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, increase the quality and quantity of inbound leads and to keep current accounts engaged Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development and collaborates in the development of new products. Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies. Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy. Plan the campaign activities assigned to you based on the set-back schedule to deliver marketing campaigns – on time, to budget. Optimize the processes and look at innovative ways of optimizing the existing process, create and follow best practices to maintain high quality standards, and have a positive impact on campaigns. Effectively manage internal & external stakeholders/partners to deliver campaigns Be agile and flexible to deliver the best possible result and have a positive commercial impact on the global portfolios. Make sure you are working as a part of the team, both regionally and globally to help achieve the larger marketing teams’ objectives. Collaborate across the organization with our Events, Editorial, Design, Development teams to ensure the holistic content strategy aligns strongly with the brand and current sales priorities. Managing Resources and responsible for their training and development. Direct administrative reporting of team members that come under this position Responsible for team’s performance and productivity Manage and develop a blogging strategy, roadmap, and cadence. Manage a content marketing budget. Post-sales project takeover, account management and revenue planning. Requirements Graduation required; MBA is a plus 4+ years’ experience in Marketing, with direct experience in marketing operations and/or working with the marketing centre of excellence in the business to business environment Experience with handling a small to mid-size team is a must. Experience and skills within integrated, multi-channel marketing Strong time management and project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Collaborative interpersonal skills, a must. Strong written/oral communication skills Superior time-management skills and ability to handle various concurrent projects with competing priorities. A dual-minded approach: You are highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
