Team Lead - Design & Integration Job Description We are currently looking for a Lead-Design/Integration to lead our team of Integrators and work closely to improve end-to-end process, quality and TAT's. Responsibilities: Effectively lead and coach the team of Integrators (HTML/Wordpress) and Designers. Set quality standards and best practice build processes for our Custom WordPress sites Manage resources and tasks across the team Track and manage projects to ensure they are completed by the deadlines Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort Lead by setting a good example (role model) –behavior consistent with words Facilitate problem solving and collaboration Encourage creativity and constant improvement Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance Coordinate with cross - functional teams as necessary Requirements: Must have knowledge on Wordpress Beaver Editor 5 years of experience with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as TeamLead/Coordinator Good exposure on Photoshop, HTMLS, CSS3, Bootstrap, Wordpress and Jquery Hands on experience with markup languages Good exposure on "PSD to HTML conversion" Familiarity with browser testing and debugging In-depth understanding of the entire web development process(design,development and deployment) Understanding of design aesthetics Familiarity with softwares like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical and multitasking skills Education: Graduates in Computer Science/IT Shift Timings: Should be flexible with any shift timings and Male candidates should be comfortable with Night Shift Powered by JazzHR
