Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Fusion HCM Techno Functional Developer. Good knowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Should have completed at least 1 implementation in Core HR module & Application Security Exposure to any other module is highly preferred – Goal & Performance ,Talent , Absence , Learning Good Knowledge in Compensation setups & Application Security setups (Roles, Privileges etc). Experience in designing OTBI & BIP Reports Subject Matter expertise in doing personalization for complex scenarios Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage Should have expertise in HCM Data Loader & BI Publisher tools Experience of writing Fast Formulas Expert in SQL programming (Advanced level) Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams Powered by JazzHR
