Responsibilities · Lead project requirements gathering discussions, advocating industry best practices. · High-level responsibilities include defining project scope and schedule, creating/updating functional design specs, and configuring and developing solutions. · Gather and document client requirements for new functionality, features, and/or interfaces. · Produce clear, concise functional specifications, and data flows for development teams which will help support project requirements. · Should have operational knowledge of Vistex software. · Prioritizing, and solving, business needs via the ticketing system; designing operational process maps and flows for new or existing functionality with SAP-Vistex. · Prepare use cases to document problems, provide updates internally as well as to clients, and record resolutions. · SAP Vistex Consultant will oversee and support projects across multiple business functions specializing in SAP Order to Cash, including Billbacks and rebate agreements, claims, and settlements. · Good Experience in Vistex IA, PC, and DM Solutions. Including, Pricing, Customer and Purchasing Rebates, Sales Incentives, Billbacks, and Chargebacks. · Designing agreements with different plans for Rebates and Incentives, Sales activities like Inquiry, Quotation, and Contract Scheduling Agreements. · Assist in providing direct client technical service and support for software products and services; via phone, email, and on-site engagements. Qualifications Minimum 3-4 years in Vistex technologies. · Experience in sales or finance/accounting business processes. · High level of integrity and ownership for work products and timely deliverables. · Hands-on experience implementing software products; ERP software/applications experience. · Proven knowledge of software development, QA, and implementation methodologies. · Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven capabilities in interacting professionally with all levels of an organization. · Demonstrated ability to apply creative, innovative, analytical, and critical thinking to strategies, practices, and problem-resolution. · Proven ability to anticipate and address unforeseen issues; strong attention to detail. · Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook and Visio, etc. · Time management skills - the ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines. · Enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude; able to work independently and as a member of a team. · Working knowledge in S/4 and Fiori would be good. · Experience with various reporting methodologies would be ideal, i.e. Operational Reporting, VIZI, BI/BO/BW, and Power BI. · Bachelor of Engineering Required.
